Hi! My name is Cameron Pemberton. I would like to welcome you to the Evening Whispers. This will be my first blog post!
I am starting this with a short blog in a place where many of you are today.
Like many i am tired of working the usual 9-5. We spend most of my life working hard for others to thrive thrive while I merely keep afloat.
Many days of mine are spent in my favorite coffee shop. I ponder why this is and how there must be more to life than this!
And so i started this blogging journey. I aim to discover exactly that. I hope I can also help others do the same.
about me
I was born in the small city of Bradford west Yorkshire.
My dream is to one day own my own small late night lo-fi coffee shop focused on comfort and escape.
I started this blog because I wanted to share my hobbies, thoughts, and dreams with others. My goal is to inspire kindred spirits, or gain inspiration in return.
I hope for this to become a community spread across many places. It will create a safe space for people to share their passions and dreams. Individuals will meet others to talk to and share with. They will discover what they want out of life. They will learn what they must do to live it.
How our journey begins.
For me like many others It begins in a place of distraction and comfort. For myself it is a coffee shop. The warmth of my chair. The cold dark autumn evenings, combined with a cup of hot coffee, fill my heart with peace and passion. Watching the bustling world outside the window go by.
Like myself all the people outside these walls of stone and glass have dreams and hopes. Like myself they are terrified that these will be too far to reach, that their stories will be untold.
And so how will these stories be heard? How will our dreams come within our grasp?
They must be told! They must be nurtured and loved like a seed so that one day they sprout into a great tree!
The way we nurture our dreams is by bringing our minds peace. Personally i do this by taking myself for a coffee, where I can ponder them and feed them energy. I discuss these dreams with others and understand and hear theirs in return. Passion from others will feed our own.
We can bolster our spirits by working together as a community. This collaboration builds the foundations for our happiness and success.
